Bohm Law Firm bills a $2,500 Fixed-Fee for uncontested estate administration proceedings at the Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, or other New York City Surrogate's Courts. If estate beneficiaries' identities or locations are unknown, or if not all estate beneficiaries sign waiver and consent forms, then Bohm Law Firm will bill an additional fee.

This $2,500 Fixed-Fee includes one in-person Brooklyn or Manhattan office meeting to review prepared estate documents, phone and email consultations within reason, and basic preliminary advice on administering estate.
Fixed-fee does not include Bohm Law Firm expenses, such as shipping costs and Surrogate's Court filing fee.
Surrogate's Court filing fee varies depending upon the estate's value:

If estate is valued at more than $10,000, then estate filing fee will be $45.00;
If estate is valued at more than $10,000, but under $20,000, then estate filing fee will be $75.00;
If estate is valued at more than $20,000, but under $50,000, then estate's filing fee will be $215.00;
If estate is valued at more than $50,000, but under 100,000, then estate's filing fee will be $280.00;
If estate is valued at more than $100,000, but under $250,000, then estate's filing fee will be $420.00;
If estate is valued at more than $ 250,000, but under $500,000, then estate's filing fee will be $625.00; or
If estate is valued at more than $500,000, then the estate's filing fee will be $1,250.00.
