Terms of Purchase for Probate and Estate Administration Services
Terms of Purchase for all packages are as follows:
- No attorney-client relationship is formed until retainer agreement is signed. If agreement is not signed within two (2) weeks of purchase, received money will be immediately refunded to you. (Firm may refund it sooner, in its sole discretion, if written request is made.)
- Paypal will process all payments, and deduct 2.9% + $0.30 from the amount paid. If refunded, Paypal will not refund processing fees. You are responsible for paying these amounts. If you wish to avoid this charge, please contact us to pay by Zelle, Venmo, or paper check.
- All packages sold via Paypal are fixed fee packages, which means you will not incur hourly charges. But you will be responsible for all expenses incurred by the firm, and might be responsible for providing a separate retainer to pay these expenses. Expenses include filing fees, shipping costs, etc.

Terms of Purchase for probate and estate administration services packages are as follows:
- Once retainer agreement is signed, you will be provided with a client intake form that you must complete.
- Upon receipt of the completed client intake form, Attorney Bohm will prepare preliminary estate documents for your review, according to your purchased package, that he will discuss with you at your first meeting or by phone.
- You are only entitled to one one-hour meeting with the attorney.
- Attorney Bohm will respond to all your emailed questions as soon as practicable during normal business hours within reason.
