Bohm Law Firm bills a $2,000 Fixed-Fee for uncontested small estate administration or probate proceedings at the Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, or other New York City Surrogate's Courts. If estate beneficiaries' identities or locations are unknown, or if not all estate beneficiaries sign waiver and consent forms, then Bohm Law Firm will bill an additional fee.

Small estate must be valued at less than $50,000.00.

This $2,000 Fixed-Fee includes one in-person Brooklyn or Manhattan office meeting to review prepared estate documents, phone and email consultations within reason, and basic preliminary advice on administering estate.
Fixed-fee does not include Bohm Law Firm expenses such as shipping costs. Surrogate's Court filing fee for small estate is $1.00.
